Dr Dayrit has lectured on lasers, dermatopathology of skin infections, disorders of pigmentation, and  dermoscopy in many countries. He has written book chapters on skin cancers, dermoscopy, histopathology of melasma and vitiligo, and pigmentary disorders.  He is presently a member of the committee on climate change of the International Society of Dermatology (ISD), European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), Skin Study Group of the University of the Philippines-National Institute of Health,  Philippine Academy of Dermatological Surgery Foundation Inc (PADSFI), International Society of Dermoscopy, International Trichoscopy Society. He has recently been appointed as a council member of the Asian Society for Pigment Cell Research.

He has published extensively in international journals and has been a peer reviewer for the British Journal of Dermatology since 2008. He is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of the Philippine Dermatological Society.
